定点扶贫
我们以资金扶贫、技术扶贫、教育扶贫为重点，以重
大专项建设项目为载体，全力支持和帮助定点地区的经济
社会发展，初步形成了“资源共享、体系联动、共同推进”
的定点扶贫“大格局”。2013 年，我们向定点扶贫地区——
甘肃省康乐县、卓尼县、康县拨付专项扶贫资金 829 万元，
用于开发建设专项扶贫项目。

康县旅游节点项目

济收入的主要来源。旅游节点建设项目位于康县南部
旅游风情线上，是游客前往阳坝梅园沟 4A 级风景区的

资兴建。目前，康县扶贫旅游节点项目已建设完成并
投入使用。该项目的实施预计年创收入 860 多万元，

区人民重建美好家园。2013 年雅安地震之后，我们第一时间
向地震灾区捐款 500 万元，并派出多批次多位专家赶赴灾区
